
At Diamond Studios, we want every artist to feel confident about their time with us. Please review the following policies before booking your session.
Deposits & Payments

Sessions under 5 hours: 100% payment is required upfront at the time of booking.

Sessions 5 hours or more: A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your time.

All deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve time on our calendar and cover the team’s preparation.

Remaining balances (if applicable) are due at the end of your session.

We accept cash, card, or approved payment plans.
Cancellations & Rescheduling -
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations and no-shows result in the loss of your deposit.

Repeated cancellations may affect your ability to book in the future.
Session Guidelines -
Please arrive on time—late arrivals may cut into your booked time.

Bring only the gear and people you need to keep the space focused and creative.

No food or open drinks near equipment—coffee and snacks are provided in the lounge.

Respect the space, the team, and other artists.
Mixing & Mastering Add-Ons -
Mixing and mastering are available as add-on services and billed separately from your tracking time.

Quotes are provided at the end of your recording session or upon request.
Memberships & Label Consideration

Membership hours follow the same booking and cancellation rules.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to decline or end services if we determine that an artist, project, or request is not a good fit for Diamond Studios. This includes situations where the content, behavior, or working relationship does not align with our values or professional standards.
