I genuinely believe that if you have a dream, and it doesn't scare you, then it isn't big enough. Your dream needs to be the thing that you strive for, grow for, and learn for. But you can't just sit there and it come to you. Your dream needs to be the motivating thing that gets you out of bed, makes you take the next breath, and want to fight another day. If your dream doesn't do that for you, you need to re-think and set some goals.

Sometimes, there are tough elements to being human, not only human, but a successful human. Confidence and willingness to grow are two major sets of keys that a lot of people lose. Without confidence, you will struggle to grow, and without growth you become like a stagnant pond. Stagnant water is home to things like mosquitos and gross algae. As your confidence dwindles, so does your growth. Then your personality, passions, motivations, and options start to fade away. Your emotions literally become sludge full of unwanted pests like anger, laziness, excuses, and a bad mental/mindset. As you go through your day, be intentional about being confident and willing to grow. You will be amazed at the results you can have!
