STUDIO TIME PAYMENTS
- In order to confirm a session, we require a deposit within 48 hours of receiving a booking confirmation. Full payment for the session is due at session start. For sessions of 5 hours or more, a 50% deposit is required. For all sessions under 5 hours, mastering, video/photography services, lessons and any offsite services we provide, full payment is required.

Cancelations
- Security deposits and payments are non-refundable. Cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance, and may be rescheduled if rescheduled within the same month.  "No show" sessions will be billed for full time booked.

Refunds
- Because the payments will be in exchange of someone's time, payments are non-refundable. 

Other Info
- 1) Smoking is not permitted inside. 2) We do not allow pets in the facility. 3) The studios are kept between 69-72 degrees to protect the the instruments and equipment. Please plan accordingly and bring a jacket if the temperature could be an issue for you.
